At Excell Fitness we offer two types of classes, Group Exercise and X-Camp.
Both Excell locations feature a wide variety of group exercise classes. All of our classes are held in the privacy of our group exercise rooms and are choreographed and lead by our exceptional certified instructors. These classes are included in all membership programs.
X-Camp is designed for those seeking an alternative to one on one training. These resistance and cardiovascular based classes are held in our functional training area. These resistance and cardio based classes can be done in groups of two to four or larger boot camp classes of six to twelve. If you’re not sure where to start with your resistance training or bored with your current workout come try group training. These classes are available as an upgrade to our basic membership package.
