Semi-Private Personal Training
Semi-Private training (2-4 people) is a more affordable option for those that still want individualized attention. The benefits of semi-private training include personal attention, goal setting, step-by-step instruction, program tracking, a individualized nutrition program, motivation and support.

X-Camp is a high intensity interval training class focused on strength training in a boot camp style. It burns more calories than just walking on the treadmill or elliptical and elevates metabolism significantly more than other forms of cardio.
